Betjii's Terms and Conditions

1 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account on betjii. In accordance with betjii's Terms and Conditions, all information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Each individual may only open one account.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Betjii may request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
• Accounts opened using false information will be terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2 Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your betjii account is entirely your responsibility. You will be held accountable for everything that occurs on your account — whether carried out by you or by someone else with your permission.

• Always keep your password confidential and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact betjii support immediately.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi networks.
• Selling or transferring an account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All financial transactions on betjii are processed through Bangladesh's established mobile banking methods. Please keep the following payment-related points in mind, as outlined in betjii's Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Your account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the account registered in your name — not to any third-party account.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 15–30 minutes.
• Betjii reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Deposits are available for immediate use on betting; unused bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Betjii regularly offers exciting bonuses and promotions. However, in accordance with betjii's Terms and Conditions, the following general terms apply to every offer:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• After receiving a bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Bets placed using bonus balance may only apply to designated games.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Betjii reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw before fully meeting the bonus terms will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5 Betting Rules & Restrictions

Certain general rules must be followed when placing bets on betjii. Maintaining fair play is one of betjii's core principles.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary depending on the specific game or event.
• Any involvement in match fixing or fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure.
• Exploiting technical errors to place bets is prohibited; betjii reserves the right to void any such bets.
• Bets may not be accepted during odds changes in live betting.
• Betjii is not responsible for any bets lost due to network issues.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

Betjii is committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. To that end, the following tools are always available as part of betjii's Terms and Conditions:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Betjii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information.

• Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• If the user is underage or has used another person's information.

If you wish to close your account, please contact betjii support. All decisions regarding remaining balances after account closure will be made in accordance with betjii's Terms and Conditions.

8 Limitation of Liability

Betjii strives to provide the highest quality service; however, betjii will not be held liable for the following:

• For bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• For delayed transactions caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.
• For account losses resulting from unauthorized access, where the user has left their credentials unsecured.
• When service is unavailable due to external factors (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

9 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Betjii operates under an international license. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through international arbitration. Users are responsible for complying with the applicable laws of their own country.
